If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our products. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NEWKEY.

You must be at least 18 years of age to make purchases on our Site. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

If you are using the Site on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

NEWKEY designs and manufactures LED light therapy devices for at-home use. Certain products in our range hold FDA clearance for their intended therapeutic uses; where a product is cleared, the cleared indications are stated on that product's page.

We strive to display product information, including descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications, as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Product colors and appearances may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.

To access certain features of our Site, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe violate these Terms or are associated with fraudulent or unlawful activity.

When you place an order through our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion.

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Standard shipping within the United States is free with no minimum order value, and we do not collect sales tax. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or modify prices without prior notice. If an order is placed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and offer to re-process it at the correct price.

We offer complimentary standard shipping within the United States — there is no minimum order value. Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only; orders addressed outside the United States cannot be placed here.

We offer a 90-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 90 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.

NEWKEY products are backed by a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Certain NEWKEY devices hold FDA clearance for specific therapeutic uses, as described in their respective product documentation and FDA clearance records. Devices not covered by a clearance are offered for cosmetic use only. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Hong Kong, China, in accordance with the rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).
